Peter Douglas is the chief executive officer and managing

director of the International Powered Access Federation

(IPAF,) a position he has held since 2019.

 

Prior to his appointment with IPAF, Peter worked as operations director at the UK’s largest access equipment rental company and provider of IPAF training, Nationwide Platforms, which is now owned by the Loxam Group.

 

Before joining Nationwide Platforms - where he worked for more than two and a half decades - Peter spent four years with Lavendon Access Services as its commercial director, followed by northern managing director and finally its UK managing director.

 

Peter has been a longstanding member of the board at IPAF, with Nationwide Platforms having been the largest provider of IPAF training in the world.
